Please find handy information about booking and travelling with us. We have listed some information that you may find helpful.

  • Partner Products

    We only list our partner products on this website but can offer over 300 hotels in Egypt via our booking platform. Contact us for our best deal and book there and then to guarantee the price. Our partner products are hotels we know personally, we are firends with the owners and have worked with over the years to ensure a streamlined service for our regular clients.

  • how to book

    We do all of our bookings over the phone. We are available to check our availability and then confirm your booking and your deposit take payment of only £99 per person. When you speak to one of the team they can also provide advice about resort choice and suitability for your requirements.

  • Payment

    We accept all major credit cards apart from AMEX and there are no charges. Once you have paid your deposit and had your booking confirmed you will be able to logon and pay your balance or pay an installment as you so wish. We also accept bank transfer and details will be supplied at the time of booking to make a payment via this method.

  • we are atol bonded

    We are an ATOL Bonded company (4032). This means your money is safe when paid to us for your holiday. The CAA ensure the financial viabiliyt of any holiday company with an ATOL and should a failure occur the ATOL scheme Fund is in place to refund any client who has paid us any monies. We have held our ATOL for over 25 years and are one of the longest standing ATOL holders in the UK.

    We recommend that you should always book your holiday with an ATOL protected business, even this is not with us. This ensures cost free repatriation should your holiday company go out of business. And ensures all monies paid to the company are safe and secure.

  • The CAA

    We are regulated by the CAA as we are an ATOL holder and your holiday including a flight will be subject to the EU Package Travel Regaulation. You can read out full booking conditions here. Should you have any questions on your contract with us, please complete our contact form here.

  • Our Local Representatives

    We have local reps in each resort area available 24/7 should you need assistance. We are only a phone call away as well. We pride ourselves on a great personal service and will be able to help out should a problem arise.

  • Travel Insurance

    We would highlight the importance of good quality travel insurance and request undertaking a detailed review prior to purchase. Some providers are not offering some COVID-19 cover but it is worth ensuring all aspects are covered especially if you plan to undertake excursions or scuba diving while on your holiday.
