Abu Dabbab Diving Lodge

This enticing resort located on the sandy beach, offers a wonderful selection of food and beverage outlets and a range of oriental tents and bazaars most of them open between 08:00am and midnight. The beach is decked out with cabanas, deck chairs and bean bags for shelter, privacy and comfort as well as providing ample space for different kinds of ball games, entertainment, and group sessions.

This oasis-like resort has 62 wooden bungalows, each featuring large or twin beds, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and a private bathroom.

The coral restaurant serves international buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner while the beach restaurants and bars serve a la carte food and drinks while chilling out after a hard day’s diving.

The Blue Ocean Dive Center is an authorized PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center located on Abu Dabbab Beach offering a spacious area for gearing up, equipment rinse, lockers, classrooms and a dive shop. Nitrox is available and the diving on offer include house reef diving, speedboat trips, free diving, daily boat trips and mini safaris.

At Abu Dabbab Bay, you will find two stunning house reefs. The south and the northern reefs separated by grassy meadows, a paradise for snorkelers and divers. Elphinstone Reef is only 30 minutes sailing by a modern speedboat from Abu Dabbab Beach. Blue Ocean speedboats are lined up to cruise to other fine offshore dive sites of Marsa Alam such as Um Halhala , the Garden Reef, Shaab Abu Dabbab I, Shaab Abu Dabbab II, Shaab Abu Dabbab III.
